Fruit Wine Workshop

Learn how to turn extra fruit into wine, as our ancestors have done for millennia.
We’ll go through the various steps of wine-making on the home scale, noting the range of possibilities from very simple wild ferments to more carefully-controlled and subtle methods. We’ll also get a chance to sample some fruit wines like plum, pear, blackberry, and sparkling apple cider. Snacks will also be provided.
Cost of the workshop is a sliding-scale donation of $10-25. If the cost is prohibitive please contact us about arranging a volunteer exchange.
